Intelligence, security and leadership experience
About Rosie
Experience where behaviour, trust and consequence converge.

Profile
Rosie Woodman is a Behavioural Intelligence, Security and Ethics Specialist who helps leaders and organisations make better decisions when the stakes are human.
Her career spans more than fifteen years across military intelligence, the justice system and private industry. She has worked in operational and strategic intelligence environments, developed intelligence-led capabilities, advised on enterprise security and governance, and supported decisions where information is incomplete, competing obligations are real and consequences extend well beyond the room.
Rosie’s work brings together behavioural intelligence, ethical leadership, insider threat, security strategy and the governance of emerging technology. Her focus is not ethics as abstraction or communication as performance. It is the practical architecture that allows people to exercise sound judgement, challenge responsibly and remain accountable under pressure.
She holds a Master’s in Intelligence Studies and is undertaking doctoral research into insider threat and the organisational conditions surrounding it. Her peer-reviewed and practitioner publications examine ethical intelligence leadership, decision integrity, politicisation, AI-assisted analysis and accountable governance.
Rosie is the creator of ELITIE, a framework for ethical intelligence leadership in practice, and The HUMINT Method, a five-part approach to communication, conflict and trust. Her forthcoming book translates human intelligence tradecraft into practical methods for leaders and professionals whose work depends on other people.
