Rosie Woodman is a Behavioural Intelligence, Security and Ethics Specialist, keynote speaker and author of the forthcoming The HUMINT Method. Drawing on more than fifteen years across military intelligence, justice and private industry, she helps leaders understand behaviour, strengthen judgement and make defensible decisions under pressure. Rosie is the creator of the ELITIE ethical leadership framework, holds a Master’s in Intelligence Studies and is undertaking doctoral research into insider threat and organisational conditions.

Rosie Woodman is a Behavioural Intelligence, Security and Ethics Specialist, keynote speaker, author and doctoral researcher. Her career spans more than fifteen years across military intelligence, the justice system and private industry, including operational and strategic intelligence, enterprise security, insider threat, governance and emerging technology.

Rosie’s work examines how human behaviour, organisational conditions and systems of influence shape consequential decisions. She is the creator of ELITIE, a framework for ethical intelligence leadership in practice, and The HUMINT Method, a five-part approach to communication, conflict and trust. Her peer-reviewed and practitioner publications cover ethical leadership, analytic integrity, AI-assisted decision-making and accountable governance. Rosie holds a Master’s in Intelligence Studies and is undertaking doctoral research into insider threat and the organisational conditions surrounding it.
